• Due to the custom nature of MagicGram products, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases of technical error or failure to deliver.

• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

 

3. Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

• Delays may occur due to high demand or production limitations.

• MagicGram is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

• Completed videos will be delivered digitally via email or a secure link.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and appropriate information when placing an order.

• You confirm that you have permission to use any names or details included in your request.

• You agree not to request content that is harmful, abusive, explicit, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

• By submitting an order, you grant MagicGram a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, modify, and display the created video content.

• MagicGram reserves the right to publish, share, and use videos for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes across any platform.

• Any personal details shared publicly will be limited to what is included within the video itself (such as first name or general message context).

• MagicGram will not disclose private customer information such as email addresses, phone numbers, or sensitive personal data.

 

6. Revisions & Changes

• Due to the personalized nature of the product, variations in style, tone, and delivery may occur.

• Orders are created based on the information provided at checkout, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are accurate before submission.

• Revisions or changes after delivery are not included and may be requested for an additional fee.

• Requests resulting from incorrect or missing information may require a paid revision or a new order.

• MagicGram reserves the right to determine whether a request qualifies as a revision or a new order.
